December 28, 2022 2022-12-28 14:53The acid to alkaline balance of a growing medium is measured on a scale from 1 to 14. In general, plants grow best in a pH range of 6 to 6.8; 6.3 is preferred. If the pH is not in the acceptable range then nutrients can’t be absorbed fully.
